Together with L'Oréal's real estate consultant, Drees & Sommer has drawn up a programme of requirements that has been used to select the new location. The buildings that were finally short-listed were also assessed for technical, functional and spatial aspects. After choosing one of the buildings, Drees & Sommer created an interior design for the offices, the training room, reception and restaurant. Logistics aspects played an important role in this; 12,000 people visit the building each year for training or as customers. The implementation was implemented in phases; in the first phase all offices were set up and moved, in the second phase the Training Academy was set up with the various hairdressing salons and make-up rooms for the brands. All rooms in the corporate identity of the brand.
