Portfolio optimization is often presented in variable scenarios. The scenarios are processed in economic feasibility studies which also examine market value considerations and various financing instruments (such as full leasing, sale and leaseback, but also financing with own resources or borrowed funds). We summarize the collected analyzed information and recommendations in presentations with diagrams, templates and design solutions.
