BMW Future Retail Project

With Future Retail, the company is increasing the number of points of contact for clients. All aspects of the retail client experience with both product and brand are to be improved. The structural work, overseen by Drees & Sommer, comprised creation of a sales area and a service area (relocation to basement) as well as the resulting improved control of client flows and increased efficiency of internal processes. In addition to increased client parking, a sustainability concept was implemented and the brand experience enhanced.
